Delivery dates are always posted at the beginning of each season. These vary depending on weather for each season. You will be notified when your order is out for delivery.

Please click on the SHOP button on the home page. It will direct you to provide all the information needed to get your containers delivered to you.

Click the SUBSCRIPTIONS button at the top of our site. This will allow you to choose selections for all four seasons at a discount.

Each season, credit cards automatically charge at a certain time for subscriptions. If you miss selecting a style for the current season, one will be automatically be chosen for you. Please contact us if you need to make adjustments to this selection.

No problem! We want you to love your pots and your experience. You will be sent an email prior to ordering the next season, and this is where you can SWAP and make changes.
Color change: No charge.
Container size change: Price will be adjusted according to the new container pricing.

You will see approximately a 20% discount off the original price when choosing a subscription.

We will give you very detailed care instructions for your plants. Please call us within 24 hours of delivery if you find any of the plants are damaged, and we will replace them. After that time, you are fully responsible for all watering and care of your planters. All planters delivered include live plants that require care from you to thrive.

Unfortunately, Porch Pots Direct is a simple-design container gardening subscription with pre-determined flower combos. You are able to choose your size and color of container as well as the flower color styles available for the current season.

Absolutely! The one-time purchase option is a popular choice for anytime you want to spread some flower joy. Please include in the shipping address, the address where the gift is to be delivered.
We also offer e-gift cards and physical gift cards.

All gate code information and specific messages can be placed in NOTES when completing your order at checkout.

No, at this time our shop is online only.

We have a wonderful drop-in collection. Please note the list of drop-in liner dimensions that we have available under the DROP-IN INFO tab. We will only drop off the liners, as it is up to you to install them and confirm that you have ordered the correct size to fit your current container. It is your responsibility to choose the correct drop-in size for you. There are no returns for liners that do not properly fit.
